Chestnut Isabella Italian Three-phase (depot of Genoa Brignole 1958)

The colours are the final ones: chestnut for the roof, tank, door and window frames, chassis, tyres and batteries... and isabella for the cabin and front parts. This locomotive has stiff and V shaped connecting rods. Trolleys, buffers and lights are the final ones. Air tubes are low. On the left side there is the automatic switch. Tanks are external. Doors on the rheostat rotate downward. Following our tradition we chose this unit since it has a weird anomaly: the two central panel on the left side motors are not with a smooth metal sheet but with thin openings shutter. The inspection date is R.G. OFF.T. 19.1.58. After a long stay in Savona, it was demolished on September 15th, 1963.
